British Council is looking to recruit for "Business Development Coordinator", specifications for this role are:

Role Purpose
The purpose of this role is to support business development across various products and services, including gathering market intelligence, supporting and maintaining relationships with current partners, and key accounts to help ensure Uzbekistan meets its business-related targets. The role is also required to maintain strong pipeline information and data to help drive demand. The role also includes support to B2B customers/partners and report issues and resolutions to the Account Relationship Mananger
Main Accountabilities
Winning business
Identify opportunities for assigned portfolio Enhance the existing network of partnerships and cultivate relationships. Generates new leads for assigned product portfolio and assist manager for development of new sales channels Look at opportunities to retain accounts and cross-sell other exams services Flag and address performance issues in delivery and proactively seek solutions Attend conferences and events on behalf of the organisation
Market and Customer Intelligence
Ensures knowledge is up to date and forward thinking on all assigned exams products Provides input into market intelligence activities, innovation and business development Tracks competition and updates line manager on activities and market dynamics Performs secondary market research or gathers market intelligence Identifies new markets for wider exams products portfolio
Customer relationships
Works with Line Manager to resolve and manage (internal or external) complaints and requirements for support Delivers presentations to appropriate audiences within the B2B segment Prioritises own work activities, from long terms plans into day to day activities. Prolonges & terminates contracts for IELTS registrations centres, and other to-be defined tasks to support business
Analysis and Reporting
Utilising data and work on analysis for weekly, monthly sales target reporting to line manager Working on supporting decisions by providing timely, accurate, professionally produced data and information Monitors dashboard on B2B service level. Generate reports from IELTS and other business systems
Brand/product knowledge
Maintains an up-to-date and sound overview of the suite of British Council products, programmes and services. Keep updated on change of policies, pricing, processes etc. through corporate website, internal communications and present accurate and updated information with customers / business partners.
Safeguarding
The post holder will create an enabling environment to promote safeguarding through compliance with the safeguarding implementation standards in planning, implementation and monitoring of activities/projects and to escalate safeguarding issues to the National Safeguarding Manager, Uzbekistan. The post holders must ensure that his/her behaviour is in line with safeguarding code of conduct |

REQUIREMENTS:
Right to work in Uzbekistan Fluent written and spoken Russian and English Relevant work experience in a sales / business development / account management or similar role – at least 2 years Plaining and organizing experience preferably for a large number of staff and/or outsourced service provider coordination. Working in a challenging environment operating against very tight deadlines Experience of building and maintaining stakeholder relationships Able to analyse data and present report, presentation skills, knowledge of CRM and other business tools (MS Office etc)
