Duties |
The main duties of the coordinator include, but are not limited to: - To be responsible for the overall implementation of the project in the annexed regions and to coordinate the programmatic activities of the project together with state institutions, non-governmental non-profit organizations and international donors; - Under the supervision of the Project Manager, lead the development and implementation of the monitoring and evaluation plan for this project in the assigned areas. - Prepare and submit detailed reports on project results to the project manager in accordance with other requirements for the submission of project reports in accordance with IsDB Financial Agreement requirements and procedures - Managing the implementation of subprojects in cooperation with partner organizations - To carry out work on public relations within the general project activities in the regions - Assist in budget management and monitoring to ensure targeted spending of funds to avoid overspending; - Participation in meetings with international financial organizations, international forums and meetings with international NGOs and partners - Participation in national, regional and international research and reports; - Assisting the HR of the integrated area team management in matters of labor discipline and labor protection. |

Professional requirements |
- Higher degree in economics, engineering, business administration or related field. - At least 5 years of experience in a similar field directly related to the position of Project Coordinator. Previous work experience in organizations implementing investment projects financed by IFI is an advantage. - Experience in the analysis of the results and results of activities on the preparation of reports, experience in successful team management - Excellent knowledge of Uzbek and/or Russian languages. Working level of English. Computer skills: MS Office, WORD, EXCEL, Outlook, Internet Explore - Experience of successful work with ministries and agencies of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Knowledge of the local rules defined in the regulatory and legal documents related to the implementation of investment projects is a great advantage. |
