Duties - To be fully aware of the company's operations and structure;
- To be aware of and control Customer Service Specialist and Car Evaluation Specialist tasks and their execution;
- Plan, manage and supervise the processes of Customer Service Department;
- Allocate and give tasks to Customer Service Department employees;
- Provide Customer Service Department reports to the Management on a regular basis;
- Implement a training programme for the employees in Customer Service Department;
- Implement, supplement and observe the requirements of Customer Service Standard;
- Prepare the work schedule for Customer Service Department employees;
- Solve bigger Customer Service problems that are not in the competence of Customer Service Specialists;
- If necessary – provide replies to customer suggestions, references and complaints;
- Control the work quality of Customer Service Department and the quality of phone calls and e-mails to customers;
- Prepare knowledge tests for new and existing Customer Service Specialists;
- Prepare Customer satisfaction surveys;
- Involve "secret customers" to evaluate customer service quality;
- Overview and improve the Customer Service procedure on a regular basis, evaluate and control the period of financing process by decreasing the time cycle of servicing, implement new customer service instruments that improve customer service and customer satisfaction;
- Participate in service promotion events.

Education: Higher
Professional requirements - University degree;
- At least 2 years previous experience in the position of Customer Service Manager or similar position;
- High sense of responsibility, preciseness, ability to plan and set priorities;
- Responsive and positive attitude;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Good MS Office skills;
- Excellent Uzbek, Russian and English language knowledge
