Duties Main duties:
The Human Resources Administrator supports the National Director and the Human Recourses Manager in administrating and organising the personnel administration according to the Human Resources Manual and the Labor legislation. The Human Resources Administrative Function is responsible for keeping all personnel documents updated and is organising the personnel administration of the Member Association.
The Human Resources Administrator is responsible for maintaining and updating the personnel database, filing of job descriptions and other ongoing Human Resources processes in the Member Association like documenting in form of lists of conducted onboarding programmes, Performance Appraisal Talks etc.
Maintain employee records (soft and hard copies)
Coordinate HR projects, meetings and training seminars
Prepare reports and presentations for internal communications
Exchange and cooperate with the regional HROD Department, within the regional network, participate in the network meetings, working groups, projects etc.
The Human Resources Administrator is responsible for personnel documentation according to the Uzbekistan labor law and the Human Resources Manual.
Recommend training and development systems.
The HR Administrator ensures the implementation, review, adaptation, follow-up and further development of all standards, guidelines, systems and processes related to the HR areas based on the HR cycle; Personnel Planning & Job Design, Recruitment & Selection, Onboarding, Learning, Development & Career Development, Performance Management, Phase-out/ Retirement (for details see Supplement to JD Document).

Professional requirements - University or degree of Business Administration, Law, Economics, or a similar field related to Human Resources
- Minimum 3 years working experience in the field of Human Resources/Organisation of Development
- Good knowledge of local labour law
- Experience in the field of Human Resources Development (especially in staff retention and training, recruitment, performance management)
- Good written and verbal communication skills in Russian, English, Uzbek
